What's the audio system/server that you have installed?
What drivers and programs are you using for it?
Does the card have memory or does it use onboard memory?
I use a Creative - Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Sound Card. I have all of the latest drivers for it, and update it whenever updates come out. It has 2MB RAM, and other things here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Creative+-+Sound+Blaster+X-Fi+XtremeGamer+Sound+Card/8014935.p?id=1156203598230&skuId=8014935
Probably not much, because the both use the same Audio Chipset: X-Fi. I do think you will hear a bit more because of the higher Sample Rate: 192KHz. This card and a good set of 5.1 surround sound speakers would sound nice, like this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16836121120 or better.
