Exporting/importing email

I used to use Eudora for email a long time ago, then I just started to use my ISP's (Mindspring's, now Earthlink's), WebMail instead, for convenience's sake. Someone suggested that I either go back to Eudora (now updated to 6.2) or use Apple's Mail. I can easily download messages into my In box in either one, but I seem not to be able to transfer the "Sent" messages from WebMail into either Eudora or Mail. Can someone tell me how?

Maybe it's easiest to continue to use WebMail, but that presents questions about backing up the messages. Those questions will appear in another message, to keep things simple.
