Gadget Options don't stick in Windows 7

I have a number of Gadgets that I used successfully in Vista 64 and work fine in Windows 7-64 except that Options do not stick. Any ideas?

I can't name the clocks or set Time Zones etc. I can actually go into options and set them. They just don't save.
Weather Eye ... I can set a city but since it won't save, Weather Eye doesn't work.
