New update broke Google Voice App on Android

Last night I got Google Voice update notification on my G1, In case of any other app I would go and look at comments for any issues with update faced by others but I trusted Google and updated my app. Now it gets stuck at downloading Voice mails and it goes into loop if I try to call using it. I checked comments for Google voice android market place and it is full with similar issues...I guess I was too late..will have to wait for fix from Google.
