I think if the rumours were not true originally someone at Apple may have been listening.
That is one of the largest newspapers in Australia.
I wonder though, does the Aussie media not sign NDA's?
No more than media anywhere else in the western world I think.

Mr Rupert Murdoch's launchpad for his worldwide media empire. So I imagine both are savvy when it comes to NDA's.
