Just because the prices are equivalent doesn't mean they are in the same category. It's like asking which one is better, a Toyota Camry or a Ford F150. They're both about the same price but are meant for different needs.

Put them to the tests under the extreme lighting condition. See how you can control and manipulate your camera. AFter shooting some pictures, compare and view the picture 100 % and see how good the pictures are, against one another. Good luck

Test one of them at a time, by shooting many circumstance, for example dim light area, moving objects, and etc. Bring any laptop along or you can take your memory card home and view them ! It's that difficult to do so if you want a good camera. YOu don't have to buy them, just try them at many stores!
