I keep getting the above script error popping up on screen (browsing or not). I'm using IE7 on Windows XP DE Vn4 and this seems to have happened after I did a lot of downloading recently. No reference appears to it in a HiJackThis log but the full URL: http://client.kuaiche.com/client_download_right/english/index.html
now appears in my FlashGet log the last three downlaods and subsequently.
I've checked back other script error solutions in the forum but nothing has cured it so far. Any suggestions?
Words of one syllable please - I'm 60 years old and slow witted when it comes to computer speak!
Script errors can be caused by incorrect code on the web site and has rarely been fixed by us. There is a long standing issue here where we turn off script checking in Internet Explorer.
For now just use your other safer to use browser.
Bob
PS. How to turn it off -> http://www.sureshotsoftware.com/articles/scripterrors.html
In flashget -> goto 'view' -> In the drop down box Uncheck 'Recommend'
You will see a popup box 'Disable Recommend page permanently?' -> Check it and click yes
voila, problem fixed
Genius - thank you Michael_fr!!
