by ahtoi - 10/9/09 10:30 AM In reply to: DirecTV, TV Tuner & DVR by jmmkas a tuner. In other word, you can only record what the "box" is tune to. Therefore you cannot watch one channel and record another. That's been my experience with DirecTV.
