Equaliser Presets in Snow Leopard

by gods_son_is_me - 10/5/09 3:45 AM

Since updating to Snow Leopard, in iTunes, v8 or v9 the Equaliser's user created Presets preferences will not save.
Every time iTunes is restarted, the last setting used defaults to Manual and the Preset has disappeared from the list.
Preference Files appear in the ~/Library/Preferences/iTunes but they have no effect on the Equaliser Preset List
Has anyone else noticed this or have a fix please?

remove preference files

Remove the "com.apple.iTunes.eq.plist" from the Preferences folder and relaunch iTunes. If that does not work, remove all iTunes-related preference files and relaunch the program.

Equaliser settings in iTunes 9

I had already tried all that
I uninstalled iTunes using AppCleaner, removed all the iTunes prefs again and re installed 9.0.1 rebooted and all works fine now
Thanks for the reply
Strange things happen!...
