Is there any way do transform Windows XP from 32 bits (NTFS) to 64 bits winthout having to reinstall same?
I Remember that Windows 2000 did this from normal partition to NTFS.

No, unless you mean change a FAT32 partition to NTFS. That you can do, though it's really more of an overlay to FAT32 to give some of NTFS' features and abilities.
But if you mean take a 32-bit Windows and convert it to a 64-bit Windows, then no, your ONLY option is a fresh install.
