Transforming Windos XP SP3 from 32 bits do 64

by Geoham - 10/2/09 3:32 PM

Is there any way do transform Windows XP from 32 bits (NTFS) to 64 bits winthout having to reinstall same?

I Remember that Windows 2000 did this from normal partition to NTFS.

Thanks for any help.

No, unless you mean change a FAT32 partition to NTFS. That you can do, though it's really more of an overlay to FAT32 to give some of NTFS' features and abilities.

But if you mean take a 32-bit Windows and convert it to a 64-bit Windows, then no, your ONLY option is a fresh install.
