Realplayer 11 crashes my pc ever time I try to use it

I haven't been able to access the music on realplayer 11 for about a year now, I spent a lot of money buying downloads for my music library before I really knew what I was doing and I downloaded them in the real lossless format. I need to put my purchased music on a cd so I can download them to windows media player and to Itunes, but my pc crashes every time I try to record a cd! I've called realplayer 6 times now and every time I try to get help they disconnect me, or they tell me without being a superpass member they won't give me phone help! I don't know where else to turn for help, so I'm hoping someone can finally help me get to my music!
I have a HP Pavillion A6433w, running vista home premium version 6 with SP2, and IE8, dual core processor, cpuE2180 200ghz.
