storm problem
by apinette - 9/9/09 8:27 PMwhen i first got my storm i would get a text message if i missed a call. I dont know what happened but now i only get a text if i have a voice mail. The reason i liked the text message is because the light would then flash, since there is no other way to get it to flash is why i want to fix it. I called telus and they didnt really do anything that i didnt try, except the got me to wipe out my phone and said it would be back to the day i bought it but still doesnt work.. Any help would be appreciated

I believe that is a service offered by your network, i.e. Telus, not a feature of the BlackBerry. You will have to go back to Telus and ask them about the text messages you used to receive. It should be phone-independent.
If you just would like to have the LED to flash when you have a missed phone call. There are plenty of apps that can do this. BerryBuzz is one of them: http://www.bellshare.com/berrybuzz/.
