I just want to know if there is a way to contact the engineers that designed the anynet feature. I want to tell them how stupid they are!
How hard would it be to allow us users to set certain functions so that we can pick what input to go to when the tv is shut down and restarted. Right now it just stays on what ever device was last playing. So If I was watching a dvd, got tired and went to bed and shut everything down, and in the morning I want to watch tv, I have to manually set it to the tv input. That's just a stupid design!
They really need to give us an update to anynet.
I really am becoming disgusted with Samsung and all of their products!
Tech support is horrible!
I would have thought that staying on what you last chose was very logical? If you want to change to a particular thing next time you start, then just switch to that before you shut down?
What you're asking for anyway is a feature request. I don't think the engineers would be allowed to make up their own features. You need a different department for that, and they will prioritize requests and also decide whether the feature you want is quite esoteric and would be more confusing to even have as an option.
The engineers would only be stupid if they implemented features off their own bat instead of getting buy-in from the business side.
