How to install XP backup wizard?

by billsi44 - 8/15/09 7:50 AM

I do not have a disc for my windows XP (HP didn't provide one) and cannot get the Backup Wizard from System Tools menu. I have a new hard drive so can't use system restore to go back to an earlier version of XP. I need the Backup Wizard for my external back up hard drive. Can anybody help?

DO NOT USE XP'S BACKUP SYSTEM.

It's full of issues and limitations. USE ANYTHING ELSE.

For example you can google up SYNCBACK and if you want to backup the entire hard drive you look up CLONEZILLA and more like that at http://lifehacker.com/5303067/five-best-free-system-restore-tools

XP's NTBACKUP is only there for LEGACY use. No one I know would rely on that old thing.
