I have the HT-BD2T and love the system. It has played every Blu-ray I have used (over 35 titles) except Mad Men Season Two. The discs will load and then freeze the first 2-3 seconds or just continue to load indefinitely. The stop and eject commands will not work and I have to shut down and restart the unit to be able to command the disc again. I have firmware 1.4 installed, have replaced Mad Men Season Two with other copies including one directly from from Lionsgate. Is the problem Java related, will there be another firmware update and why won't the discs load?
TVExpert,
I'm not sure, but today we have actually launched a thread for just these issues. It's possible that it's Java related, but I don't have a definite answer for that.

Thanks, any suggestions for a way to get discs to play? Firmware maybe?
TVExpert,
I'm thinking if you turn of the BD-Live features, it may load. Just a shot in the dark until I can look into it more...

If I could, I would. This is a 1.0 Blu-ray player with no BD Live support. If there is a option for the HT-BD2T, I'd appreciate it.
It gets stuck at menu on my BDP-1600. I will try disconnecting the network and see what happens.
I am having the same problem with my Samsung BD-P1600 and the Mad Men Season 2 disk. I watched two episodes, did the firmware update this weekend, and now it gets stuck at the menus. Netflix says they see this all the time. I sent a message to Samsung to tell them.
Mad Men Season Two Discs #1 and #2 get to the menu screen, then don't display a menu to select an episode. They just loop with the menu background and no way to get an episode to play.
Hopefully, this will be resolved soon.
My Season 1 Mad Men works great, I had problems with Season 2 and exchanged tham so many times I gave up. I have not yet even put my latest copies of Mad Men Season 2 in the Blu-ray player.
I have set up a spreadsheet for people to report their Blu-Ray issues. The product expert compile and look to replicate the problem. I encourage you to read this link and submit the issues to us.
Even if the title is listed, add yours in there - it helps us, help you.
