Symantec Rebate debit card scam

I received 2 debit cards for rebates from Symantec totaling $45. I was never directly told that the value of the cards would be reduced by a monthly charge of $3 on each card. I just went to use the cards and discovered that there is only $7 left on one and the other has no value. So much for rebates from Symantec. Either get a check for your rebate or don't count on getting that money back.

One more reason not to use Symantec products. They've lost me for good.
