topic suggestion: wireless peripherals

by raftos - 7/27/09 7:34 AM

There's a topic you have touch slightly in the last episodes, but you've never went full on it: wireless peripherals.
I don't know much about the subject, that's why I would be interested in listening a full episodes. I'm trasitioning to a media center / backup hidden PC , attached to the TV, with laptos for me and my wife and have been wondering the best way to solve certain issues:

- Best keyboard / mouse to operate from a 2 / 3 mts (18-20 feet) distance. Bluethooth? Other types of wireless? which ones?
- How to put the (USB) printer away , in a closet, for example?
- Is there a way to connect peripherals (USB keys, a HD) not to the media center PC , but to the router or another , more accesible hardware?

Hope you'll fin it interesting. I'll put this in the forum, also.

Jorge.
