I'm not sure what the draw is with Ultimate, however. What exactly are you getting with Ultimate that you can't get with 3rd party software --even freeware? They don't seem to be promoting its existence much.

I too don't see the draw to Ultimate. I've looked at the chart Microsoft has up, but as a home user I really don't see the point of spending that much for Ultimate.

Is it all fluff like Microsoft Plus was for XP? Or is Microsoft doing a terrible job of marketing the value of Ultimate?
