DMC-ZS3 or SX200-IS?

I'm looking to purchase a camera, but am curious to know opinions between the Panasonic DMC-ZS3 and the Canon SX200-IS. I'm looking for great image quality, some manual control, and a camera that handles dim lighting fairly well.
Any suggestions or recommendations would be helpful.

The SX200IS has more manual controls.
Neither camera performs well in low light.
