Error installing SSL on Apache

Its been frustrating since a month. Trying to install Quick SSL on Apache with RHEL 3.0. We bought SSL from http://thesslstore.com
All gets well until server reboot...error in configuring SSL...please check your CA
Please help me in this issue..Our company needs to go online asap & secure
