Need phone on GSM network, suggestions?

I am looking for an unlocked phone on the GSM network. I recently had the nokia 6820 and was extreamly satisfied with the phone. However, it is time for me to upgrade.

What I am looking for:
(1) Good speakerphone/volume
(2) Long lasting battery life
(3) excellent texting features
(4) Smaller-sized cell phone
(5) NO flip phones
(6) Must be extreamly durable as I drop phones often
(7) NO pda/smart phones
(8) Price range: up to $150 used
