Good GSM Network phone for me. Suggestions?

Hello,

I am looking for an unlocked phone on the GSM network.
I recently had a Nokia 6820 and absolutly loved the phone, but dropped it in the sink and that was the end. I am looking for something more modern with similar characteristics of that nokia 6820.

I need:
-A LONG battery life
-NO PDA/Smart phone
-Excellent Speakerphone
-Texting must be efficent
-NO bulky phones
-A very durable phone: I drop my phones... alot!
-NO flip phone
-And last, should be a pretty modern phone. I'm tired of my friends cracking jokes on how obselete and primitive my cell phones are.

If you have any suggestions, that would be MUCH appreciated. My price range is under $150 (can be new or used).
