HI, I developed this error message about a week ago that I get when I boot up. This is the error: ERROR LOADING CALC.IFO The Specified Module Could Not Be Found. I searched the net on CALC.IFO and it said it was a virus. I've used 3 different virus scanners but none detected this virus. I've restored my PC to an earlier time along with removing the last few programs that I installed but I still have this error. I need some suggestions that I may try to get rid of this. I plan On upgrading to Windows 7 so I do not want to do a fresh install at this time.
Currently Running Windows XP Media Center. 3GB Ram 3.0 Mhz 75 GB free DriveSpace on An HP Pavilion a1487c
HELP!?!?!
When I see that I go get HIJACKTHIS and look over each entry to see if there is a cause. Then I can remove that one item.
I was able to fix that stupid error by clicking on the fix button. I heard of this program but never tried it out. I will use it more often now. Thank Again
Imagine what happens if you delete all that it lists?
Hint: Don't do that.
Thanks for the report!
Bob
