Samsung 46-inch LED 6 series TV and Sansung blueray BD-1600

I just bought this new TV and Blueray and I'm having problems hooking up my new TV & wireless up Conns, Samsung, Netflix and SBC/AT&T are no help. I'm Permanently Disabled & can't just run the LAN lines. I have the CAT5 and CAT6, it's just not an option for me anymore. I told the guy at Conns and Samsung what if I die what are my wife and kids gonna do with this high dollar TV use it for a chalkboard...

When I hook it up and run network test all I get is gateway ping & Domain ping not connected to the gateway! Check if the network cable is properly connected. Check the the network settings and verify that the current gateway is on the network. For more info contact your network provider. LMAO.. It does show at the top the Network Test, MAC Address is checked out, then the IP Address, Subnet, Gateway, DNS Server also has a check next to it, but when it gets to Gateway Ping it has an X and never makes it to the Domain Ping.

Samsung 46-inch 6 Series 120 Hertz LED TV and Sansung Blueray BD-1600 wireless Internet hookup with SBC AT&T 2-Wire wireless router. the Blueray player has Netflix internet streaming to watch movies online. The Blueray player is not playing anything but DVD's and I have been told that it has to do internet updates to make it work. Then if it does not work after the updates then I will have to ship it to Samsung to get it fixed. This is all a RIP-OFF since I haven't even made my second payment on this Junk...

WHEN YOU HAVE FOUR LARGE COOPERATION'S THAT ALL KEEP POINTING THE FINGER AT EACH OTHER WHEN YOU CALL IN FOR HELP THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST! ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE AS THEY HANG UP WITH OUT EVEN HELPING FIX YOUR PROBLEMS, WITH THE SERVICES AND ITEMS THEY SELL YOU!!!

IF YOU DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, SOMEONE ELSE WILL, BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE AROUND MUCH LONGER... THE NEXT GUY IN LINE TO OPEN UP SHOP WILL NOT EVEN THANK YOU WHEN YOUR DOORS CLOSE FOR GOOD AND YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A POT TO **** IN OR A WINDOW TO THROW IT OUT OF!!! NO HARM INTENDED I JUST NEED HELP AND MAYBE WE ALL MIGHT GEET LUCKY AND ONE OR ALL OF THESE COMPANY'S MIGHT SEE THIS AND CHANGE THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS AND HELP US ALL TO GET WHAT WE PAY FOR...

Installation and setup is not included anymore. I hear you but this will not change the fact that you either set it up yourself or pay for someone to do it.

Yes, I feel that it's probably beyond many home owners to set this up. Which is why I always task my kids to do this and only pitch in when they are stuck.

It's just like small plumbing jobs. The parts and such are there at the stores but they don't supply tech support or free installation. We either learn to do it ourselves or don't buy such.

The salesman told us the all that had to be done is plug it in and the same thing with the one HDMI cable the is used to run the whole thing . The salesman has been out to my home twice...
