help me please
by krash918 - 7/3/09 12:43 PMmy pc got a virus and i had to wipe and reinstall windows but it didn't recognize my nic. i opened up the pc and her's the numbers i found on the nic these are not the original parts in this pc so the model numbers will not help

- If it's the original nic you should have the drivers on a CD or recovery partition you got from HP or made yourself. Or see if you can download them from the HP site.
- If it's not the original nic, it's installed later. Repeat that operation and it will work.
If all else fails: buy a PCI nic-card with driver and use that.
