Hi!
I got a new Dell Inspiron a week ago wid 3GB RAM and 320 GB memory, Vista and webcam etc which already come with it. I downloaded Skype to video chat but now when i try i can see their video but not mine. It says something like Bluetooth Webcam not connecting!! I tried everuything in bluetooth settings and camera settings there was an opton of selecting integrated webcam...i did that too...but nothin worked!!
Apparently theres an option of DELL VIDEO CHAT but even their i cant see my video!! Besides id rather chat through skype!
Can somebody tel me watta do??? hOPE I will b able to video chat coz my family is far and i bought the machine for connecting majorly!! ![]()
Such as http://forum.skype.com/lofiversion/index.php/t101022.html leads me to splitcam, manycam, etc.
hi,
thanks for the link. i d go throgh the forum but it seems most of them had to install a webcam externally. i already have it but it doesn seem to be functioning with skype or dell webchat.. it shows up alone if i want to take pix or videos but not wat i need it for !! ![]()
Go get some nice Logitech and use that. Sadly this area is a tar pit and I've found it too easy to fix by tossing another cam at it.
I was hoping there wil be another way...:(
