Somebody can suggest to me the best camera for this situation:
I must take automatically pictures from a photocell and transfer immediately (and automatically) to a notebook pc.
Hundreds of pictures a day.
When I plug the usb cable, all cameras I tried, closes the lens and disables the shutter.
Somebody tried this situation ?
What are the problems to solve ?
Which cameras ?
Reflex or non-reflex ?
Thank you in advance (and sorry for my english)
you need a dslr with WIFI picture transfering equipped. Many DSLR cameras are capable of doing that recently. But, for a quickly continuous shooting, you need a firewire system. Get to your nearby camera store for more information.

I red about that sd card.
Have you tried it ?
Is this a "robust" solution ?
Research SURVEILLANCE CAMERA or SECURITY CAMERA. That's the professional solution. In Great-Britain, for example, the government has many. You're being observed practically anywhere. I don't think they mess around with SD cards and such.
Or even WEBCAM, depending on the quality of the pictures you need. But not a normal consumer grade or even professional grade camera.
