Hi,
I am planning to open an Internet/Gaming Shop in the Philippines. Competition is a little tough and I am trying to explore and exploit technology to my advantage. The problem is, the ISP available in my area can only provide 3 mbps while in nearby area they are at up to 5 mbps. Question is, using the Linksys VP082 Dual Internet VPN, its load balancing capability and 2 internet connections with 3mbps each, will that in effect increase my bandwidth speed to 6 mbps? I will be using about 10 to 17 computers. Thanks for your response guys!
1. If 2 computers can download at 3 megabit with this setup is that 6 megabits?
Why I ask is that some expected such to provide a single computer with a 6 megabit download speed. I must decline writing why that is so.

Let me rephrase the question. In a network with 2 or more computers, which provides better internet service -two 3 mbps compared to 4 or 5 mbps? Note that internet service involves primarily online graphic intensive games, World of Warcraft is an example.
The 2 line approach would obviate collisions and lag due to networking. However you will still have gamers complaining about lag even if you gave each they very own connection. Be sure you are not trying to placate the gamers.
