Well like many others, I very much enjoyed downloading free music from Spiral Frog. In order to renew the DRM licensing, you just had to visit their website once every 60 days and perhaps answer a few simple questions. However, Spiral Frog no longer exists, so as far as I know, there is no way to renew the licenses, and make the songs playable. I then tried 2 DRM removal apps., but the files had to be playable in order to remove the DRM. Now I'm not interested in doing anything illegal er nuthin', but does anyone know any way to get these songs to play ? Thanx
(I use a Vista notebook PC)
SpiralFrog went out of business when their advertising revenue stream dried up, and there is no offer for DRM-free copies. And since DRM-stripping is prohibited under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), there is no legal solution to your problem. Thus, I am locking this thread so that others do not offer "solutions" that you're not interested in/violate forum policies.
Sorry.
