So far for me, the Palm, the VaioP, and the dell mini10 are tops for me...
iLife 09 and 17" Macbook Pro.
Ohh wait wrong conference.
Hmm, Palm Pre, Windows 7.
Palm Pre seems to be the only thing that matches the attention to deal and sophistication of iPhone so far.
And Windows 7 looks like a definite improvement.
And I think the VaioP is fail if only because it has a nipple mouse. Plus it's too expensive for a netbook. It's of the price range of an ultraportable... with the performance and abilities of a netbook. What are they thinking.
Palm Pre, it's an amizing gadget.
UPDATE:
10:37 EST
1. I was super excited about the Pre so I had my wife go wait in line to get one while I'm fuming here at work.
2. I'm a loyal Sprint customer (a rare breed, indeed) and I'm getting worked over.
My contract isn't up until August, therefore the price of the Palm Pre for me is over $400!!!!!!
The new iPhone is coming into the picture for me....
I imagine a lot of Aussies are going to have similar complaints about the new iPhone out in July, many people on 24 month contracts, and we didn't have the original iPhone, the iPhone 3G. Optus etc have pretty large contract termination fees.
