Cell phones: Need a flip phone/touch screen quad band on PAYG basis

Need a flip phone/touch screen quad band on PAYG basis

Have a Nokia 6600 flip, As i broke my other touch screen phone.
So it has to be durable like the 6600 flip i have.
Is there a store that does ALL flip phones regardless of carrier,that i can just go in see the phone i want and then put a PAYG sim in the UK.
Ive been everywhere but they either dont have the type of phone or are tied to a company like orange O2 etc.
