Java

by iddawg - 6/5/09 1:39 PM

I have downloaded and installed jre-6-u14 Windows (Java)
I need the security update for said file.
I have been going around and around with sunjava.com for the last five days to know avail.
They keep sending me to the download site for the file.
At the download page there are three files but I cannot find out which file is the security update file. No where on the page does it say any thing about security update or other downloads.
I realize that this issue does not concern "CNET".
I am running XP Home edition.
Any help you could give me will be appreciated.
Thanking you ahead in this matter,
iddawg

There si no "security update" for the latest JRE. Usually Sun will just release a whole new JRE revision rather than an update to an existing one.

Where did you see mention of a security update for JRE 1.6_14?
