Computer help: problem with system 32

problem with system 32

I am running xp pro.. custom made 1tb desktop... I can't get the comp to boot up I have tried pretty much everything but the same screen keeps coming up.. system 32 missing or corrupt.. is there anyway what so ever besides a disc since I have no idea where it is.. and being custom built I know it would be very helpful.. if I had it I would do it myself. In any case I need help with this one. Before customized it was a emachine I don't know if this helps or not. I don't have a model # as they redid the whole thing. I do hope you can help.
