i have a hard drive maxtor diamondmax10 250gb
it failed seatools short drive self test and short drove generic test
and yet it still shows up in both windows and the bios even copys large folders fine.
i have no clue what to make of this.
i used seatools b/c seagate acquired maxtor.
That there is trouble now or in the future. When you encounter such a failure you only need to be ready for it's total demise.
