HELP - is Minolta lens compatible with Nikon D70S Digital?

I have just changed over from the old Minolta 7000 to Sony A100 on the strength of lens compatibility and all appears to be running smoothly. I hope this helps

They are in no way compatable and damage your camera if you don't know what you are doing
