user access

by danneauxs - 5/3/09 8:16 AM

last post didn't show up so here goes again.

years ago I had a friend who had a program for win95. This program had settings (in admin mode) that allowed you to set what installed programs a user could run and what directories they could access in explorer. I remember getting around the protection back them but it was perfect for a casual user or child. Is there such a program win winxp?

I see user restrictions as a "security" issue so I posted it here. If it should go in another forum I'll move the post but I don't like to cross-post.

TIA
Danneauxs
