Hello,Iwould like to thanks for all that message to send to me.I need your help.Ibuy a new laptop 2 months ago with preinstall VISTA HOME 32bit,PREMIUM,I forget to making activation. My laptop is HP COMPAQ-PRESARIO C Q60-160EV.I was trying many times to making a repair to a factory use,but nothing. Now asking to me to buy new vista because the product key of the bottom of the laptop is invalid, how can i fixed IT? ?I have't any cd-dvd to making a boot, and I am a newbie in vista.I try with the phone all the same ,i call MICROSOFT HELLAS AND THEY TOLD ME THE 1 MONTH PERIOD has expired and they did;t obligated to give me a key.Imaking many phone calls to HP HELLASand they told me If they found any key they send to me but not now because they haven't.What can i do ?Ican;t start -up vista but a month ago I could.
As you don't own a vista retail license, all is playing out as it should.
To fix this, order the restore or recovery media for your machine. No CDKey will be required.
