Fatal Kubuntu In virtual box error

I am going to install kubuntu in virtual box. when I go off the CD instead of the language screen I see,
FATAL: Could not find bootable medium. Machine halted
What is going on? I compared my settings to windows xp but nothing worked. What do I do? I have been searching google all day. Help!

If I wanted to look into this I'd go to where everyone that discusses this goes.
