unable to view data tracks on Enhanced cd

i bought the enigma seven lives many faces CD with bonus material.
i can all the audio tracks but can't find the extra i have tried the cd in Real player,windows media player 11, and winamp can some one please tell me how to view the bonus material

Can you share the ISBN code of the product? It's that barcode on the case/insert so I can see if that CD has such on it.

i have come to believe that it is the OS blocking the extra because when i put this CD in my older ACER laptop running windows xp sp3 home it opened the extras as soon as i put it in the groups web site and a video windows Vista is so strange.

I had hoped for the bar code of the product so I could see if it had extra. The CD I found didn't have any extra stuff.

I used your link and found different products. Not all have the extra.
Best bet? Return what you have since it does not have extra and re-order one that has it.

bob this cd has the extra it just wont open using my CompaqCQ60-211dx notebook because when i insert the same disc into my Acer Aspire 3620 all the extras open up as soon as the disc starts running so i believe that it is the OS Vista not allowing it to open properly and has nothing to do with the disc itself. but thanks for the advice however BMG music has a no return policy if the disc has no defects

Not all PCs do all the possible tricks.

Some enhanced cd's come with their own player. Some just send you to the bands web site. Did you explore the cd content? Did you try holding "Ctrl" key while inserting disc into dvd drive?
I would read the insert booklet and see what it says.

i did try holding down the ctrl key and nothing different, yes i have looked in the booklet that came with the CD all it says is how to download a Enigma QR code reader for mobile handsets from their web site i would post a scanned pic of the CD back cover but this page wont let me paste it the back cover says (Bonus material incl. 3d environmental application. connect to EnigmaSpace.com when i put the exact same cd into my older Acer Aspire 3620 running xp it goes straight to the extra but my compaq CQ60-211DX running Vista refuses to find anything but the audio tracks. so i think that it is the OS doing it
