Samsung LCD TV with notebook input
by bencottrell - 4/1/09 6:45 AMI'm trying to watch films from my notebook on my new Samsung series 4 LCD tv.
I have the correct cable to link the 2 but nothing comes up on the big screen.
Is there a setting on the TV I need to change to accept the input from the notebook?
How did you connect it?

I used a VGA cable to connect the notebook to the TV.

by Coryphaeus - 4/1/09 10:51 PM In reply to: VGA by bencottrellBut you have to do this. Right click the Desktop and choose properties. Click Settings, Advanced. From there tell your setup to use the VGA output.
