I bought an HIS Radeon 3450 PCI express video card for my new Acer AM1100-U1402A system. I'm also about to purchase a new LG HDTV (42LGX) television with 4 HDMI ports. The video card only has S-video, DVI (dual link), & VGA connections. I'm assuming I'll have to get an HDMI to DVI cable for the best picture? I'll be using my computer as my DVR, DVD, media source for a while and I want to get an HD quality picture. Is there anything that I'm missing?
All I needed was the DVI to HDMI adapter and then the usual garden variety HDMI cable.

Thanx for clarifying. I hope all goes well.
