Upgrading a shadowed hard disk
by stuflash - 3/20/09 11:06 PMI've got a Dell Dimension E510 desktop system running under Windows XP Professional Media Center Edition 2004 (Ver 5.1.2600) with 1GB RAM and a 160 GB shadowed hard drive (i.e., two duplicate 160 GB drives) partitioned into a 130 GB drive and a 30 GB back-up drive. The main drive is getting full and I'd like to upgrade to a 1 TB drive, but discovered when I bought one and tried to install it that only 160 GB is usable. How do I upgrade such a shadowed system?
