BOL takes the day off tomorrow, and it gives you a chance for an experiment.
What would the show be like without Natali?
Well here is Tuesday's Episode 927 starring Tom, Molly, and Jason.
The forums are full of posts for, and against, Natali's role in BOL. So now's the chance to be the judge, make a comparison, and have some fun on BOL's day off.

Awesome. Thank you!
You took the time to edit Natali out or a show? Geez get a life!
I don't have to necessitate the quality of my life to you friend.
As an audio professional, it took me about 45 minutes. Which was 2 or so minutes longer than the show. It's done in real time, hardly a major time investment. (I usually spend more time in the chat, before and after the show.)
Also it's rather easy to remove Natali, because her waveform it very loud at the beginning and the speech patterns in the waveform are noticeable as well. So if would be possible to do it in less than real time, but you'd miss the interruptions, and multiple voices at once.
Lastly, it was a fun experiment, it made me give undivided attention to natali's comments, there were some good ones. Two in particular I thought added to the program, and one that I thought was cool, the first class TWA line being illegal, was something I didn't know.
But I will take your attempt at an insult as a compliment.
Speaking of not having a life, I think I'm going to waste 2 hours watching Robin Hood Prince of Thieves tonight. Because I'm a huge fan of The Sheriff's Cousin and I want to hear someone yell, "God and King Richard!"
I do have to say that the lack of Natali is very unnoticeable and that I do prefer the show without Natali.
I can always go for a Natali-free episode.
A truly noble community service. Thanks!
That's pretty mean.
Dang, I thought 927 was one of her better appearances...
But hey, it's just an experiment right?
If Natali was smart, she would read what is posted here, but if I had to put money on it, she doesn't. We're the peanut gallery to her...
So I don't see why she wouldn't check it out every now and then.
Either way I still think this "experiment" is insensitive. Call it listener feedback if you will but I still think some of you are crossing the "Sucky Crying Whiny Baby" line.
... if she browses the forums. I said, above, she would be smart to do so as it would provide an insight to the listener. I can't say either way, for sure. From what I hear from her and my deductions of her personality type, she does not.
Those complaining about Nat, or you complaining about those complainging about Nat?
Reminds me about tolerance discussion where those advocating for tolerance try to intolerantly run the the tolerant ones out on a rail.
Ultimatly the show is for the fans. No fans. No show, no matter how great all those on it are. I'm falling futher behind on my shows so I don't yet have an opinion on Nat. However I've decided I do like Rafe and Tong as a guest hosts.
Natali is working, she's a public figure, getting paid to present herself to the public via various media outlets. It's business, It's not personal.
I've tried to relate both sides of the issue in regards to the audience's personal relationship to the cast of BOL. The show has been integrated in the daily lives of hundreds of listeners, and because of that, a certain loyalty evolves akin to a good and long-endured friendship. That loyalty is a dichotomy. When do you intervene when a friend does something you disagree with?
To many listeners it's not a business relationship. In biz, If you don't like your product, you quit buying, you complain, you can go elsewhere with little or no remorse. I try to find the happy medium, and not be insulting, so please don't take my 'experiment' as a personal attack.
If you or I was in Natali's position reading this and some other forum posts, we would be hurt, but we are not broadcasters and/or entertainers. If Natali was a volunteer, trying to make the show better each and every day out of the goodness of her heart you better believe that I would be the first in line to give my support. If she is doing the show because of her love for tech, and dedication to the BOL audience, she should make it known.
