When I try to write a review cnet changes my user name and says I'm not registered. Of course the only way it could have any user name is if I am registered. Then it says it sent a email to my email address and it doesn't. YES I LOOKED IN THE SPAN FOLDER. I have been a member of CNET almost since it started and somethings it screws up.
He will get the engineers onto it.
This Profile name change problem has happened a few times, and the engineers are attempting to track the problem down, but it is proving elusive.
The fix for your profile may take a while, so all I can ask is that you be patient.
Hopefully they will get this fixed for you in quick time.

I'm having issues with my screen name, too. At the top of the screen it says my real screen name, then when I post is says Lalalla (or something like that). I've sent a request last summer and it's still not corrected. How can I get this fixed? Thanks
Unfortunately I cannot estimate how long it may take for the engineers to get around it it (sometimes days, sometimes months), but it has been reported.
Regards,
John
