Connecting VGA to old TV

I have DELL XPS M1330. Sadly it doesnt comes with S-Video. I have VGA and HDMI out in this laptop. I want to connect my laptop to my TV. Its a standard Tube TV with RCA and component inputs.
Does any one knows a CHEAP solution on how to connect my VGA to my TV?
Someone who has tried it or has it will be very helpful.
