I've used my Webroot Anti Virus with antisypware to scan my PC which is a windows XP. Two viruses came up on the scanner
Troj/Kegen-bi
and Trojan-dropper.gen.x
I wondering if anyone here knows how to remove them. I'm currently using my Webroot to Quarantine them.
Thank you for your time.
but basically, IF you have items in quarantine, they should be no threat
(be sure they're NOT False Positives before deleting). In above case you should see a "Manage Quarantine Items" button and after clicking that you should see some mention of delete, clear or empty items on a 1 by 1 basis or empty all basis. DO NOT chose restore unless they're proven FPs. Hope this helps. ![]()

I had a feeling that was what it did, but i wanted to make sure. I swept a few hours ago and my PC is clean. Someone once said that they had a virus and their anti-virus software (can't remember it's name) swept it and said that it was deleted. But when he swept again a few hours later the virus was still there. He got it removed through the kind help from individuals like yourself. So once again thank you. And God bless.
Thanks for posting back! ![]()
