I'm sure this question has come up before in your forums, I have searched and have found many other variables similar, but not the same. So I will just get to the point.
When starting up my PC, sometimes, lately Windows XP does not boot. It's running but other than the CD and DVD ROM drives, the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers are not activated. When this happens I shut/hold the I/O button for about 5 seconds, let it shut-off, and then I restart it. It starts up fine after that. All systems normal.
What could be the problem? How can boot up right the first time? Thanks ahead to all with info.
