The phone is designed to compete with the famous/infamous Jitterbug. The Jitterbug is considered to be the best for easy to use, easy to see, and easy to hear requirements. The problem with the Jitterbug is its severly limited capabilities in text messaging, no camera, and requiement that some changes to things like the user contact/phonelist be made thru them, sometimes at a signifigant cost. If you like AT&T service, then this is considered a very good alternative to Jitterbug service. If the AT&T service (cell coverage, dropped calls, no service) where you are is useful enough for you then the Breeze would be a good choice. It has many more useful features than the Jitterbug.
