As a developer - I have had a product listed on download.com for a number of years. however, since the upload.com "upgrade" the product does not appear on the product list. So I cannot update, change subscription plan or even cancel the subscription. And I'm still being charged $99 a month for this! Support has no answers other than - we're working on it.
Anyone else having this problem?
I am considering filing a class-action suit against CNET.
