Connect Win7 to internet through XP laptop
by Polarsunray - 1/26/09 5:30 PMOk, i have a HP Slimline 3200 with Windows Beta 7 on it. I cant connect to the net, and my wireless router isn't getting connected, but no surprise there. I want to know if i can bridge the connection from a laptop running Xp with a working internet connection to my Win7 Desktop.
I tried this already, but it didn't work out,and i think i did something wrong.

It's called Internet Connection Sharing and it will not work wireless. Wired is another can of worms. Do some homework on ICS.
